Welcome to Rana Travel Advisor. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any travel package or service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of others, you accept responsibility for ensuring all travelers comply with these terms.

2. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Rana Travel Advisor acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers, and bookings are subject to their individual terms and conditions as well.

3. Payment Terms

A deposit of 25–50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the travel date unless otherwise specified. We accept bank transfers, online payments, and other methods as communicated at the time of booking.

4. Prices & Changes

All prices quoted are in USD unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or supplier price changes. We will notify you of any price changes before your booking is confirmed.

5. Travel Documents & Visas

It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Rana Travel Advisor provides general visa guidance as a courtesy but accepts no liability for visa rejections or entry refusals by any country’s immigration authority.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Rana Travel Advisor will not be held responsible for any costs incurred due to the absence of travel insurance.

7. Liability

Rana Travel Advisor acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or any force majeure events beyond our control.

8. Conduct & Behavior

Travelers are expected to respect local laws, customs, and fellow travelers throughout the journey. Rana Travel Advisor reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if a traveler’s behavior is deemed harmful or disruptive to other travelers or service providers.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Amendments

Rana Travel Advisor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
